About Order Delivery
You can purchase auto parts or pick up your ordered items at our retail store located at:
Available delivery methods:
- delivery within Minsk – 20 BYN (free for orders over 500 BYN), delivery time from 18:00 to 22:00.
The courier will contact you 30–60 minutes in advance. If we are unable to reach you for any reason,
the order will not be delivered. Delivery is to the entrance of the building only.
- urgent delivery within Minsk is arranged individually by phone. The most popular and fastest delivery method in Minsk is “Yandex Delivery,” paid by the buyer. Payment for the order is made via ERIP or by bank card online.
- delivery by transport companies across the Republic of Belarus; the cost depends on the dimensions and weight of the goods,
average delivery cost ranges from 10 to 50 BYN (delivery time from 24 to 96 hours)
- via Europochta across the Republic of Belarus, DELIVERY ONLY TO THE PICKUP POINT, the delivery cost is paid by the buyer upon collection.
You can check pickup point addresses via the link and collect your order there.
- delivery for customers from the Russian Federation is carried out via a transport company chosen by the customer
(paid, at the buyer’s expense). Payment for the order is made via ERIP or by bank card online.
Delivery times provided by transport companies are approximate. Injector.by is not responsible for
delivery delays.
Issues related to returns and warranty cases are resolved only in our store with the required documents.
Exchange and return of goods are carried out at: Minsk, Kalinovskogo St., 66a, pavilion 63.
Returns via postal shipment are not accepted.
